So it's the day after Christmas, and I'm in my sweatpants, sitting on the couch while my laundry turns in the dryer, and I'm watching Monday morning syndicated television (Becker, if you must know). A commercial for a local Lasik surgery center comes on, and a woman gives a testimonial, saying that since she's had Lasik surgery, her husband looks at her differently and treats her better.
